This was the third Toyota Truck that I have purchased at Oxmoor Toyota and there is a good reason for that. Each time I have been there the staff have been great. I recieved a fair price for my trade and Oxmoor Toyota and there is a good reason for that. Each time I have been there the staff have been great. I recieved a fair price for my trade and feel like I paid a fair price for my new Tacoma, based on online research. They also had the best inventory in a 100 mile radius. I already new which truck I wanted, so the salesman didn't have to work to hard, but he was more then willing and he has been able to answer questions I've had in a timely manner via email. My wife will tell you that the best part of buying our new truck was that it didn't take all day to do the paper work...The new show room and service department looked great. I would strongly recommend Oxmoor Toyota to my friends and family. More

They did what they needed to in order to make their sale: but their level of manipulation and abusive sales tacticts are disgusting to me. I made it claer I was only looking. After a short test drive: whe but their level of manipulation and abusive sales tacticts are disgusting to me. I made it claer I was only looking. After a short test drive: where I really did not get a sense of how the car worked, the sales man started his pitch. After being treated like a stupid idiot, I started to walk out. The salesman apologized, stated he needed the sale, and asked what would make me stay. After a long drawn out negotiation; I agreed on the sale if we could finance through my bank. The salesman said he'd rather I finance through the dealership, but was fine w/my wanting to go through my bank. I went to see the dealer's finance guy: Ron Doak...the deal was horrible from here. Convieniently, the salesman was not avaialble to join us...when I began asking questions, the finance guy became annoyed and started to get louder. During our deal, he took a phone call from a friend about a party. I stated I was not happy with the numbers: amount to be financed was not was agreed upon w/the salesman. I was told, in a stearn voice, that the sale was final. I had already begun signing the contract, there was nothing he could do. I sat on the lot for about 10 mins....sick to my stomach....I walked back in, only to be told no one was availabe to discuss the contract with me. Reluctanly, I drove off the lot..and called back. I was told again: deal with it, the sale is complete.I expressed that I had concerns: The gas tank and trunk area were covered in dried mud....how could this have been missed on the 160 point certified inspection??(the dealership was preparing for Mario Lopez to arrive) I called Wed...the finance guy was off...the salesman wasn't available... I called Thursday and the finance guy began yelling at me over the phone...he intrrupted me, and called me stupid. He said he did not understand what I was having a problem with, as he explained everything to me. I told him I wasn't going to argue with him, I was just trying to understand the situation and that I would be back to the dealership later that da, or Fri. I went Friday, and spoke to the sales manager, the salesman, and the finance guy: nothing was accomplished: I was offerd $100 and told my lawyer had to talk to their lawyer: So, at "their" suggestion: I have spoken to a lawyer. I have filed a complaint with Toyota's National Customer Relations Center in Torrance CA; the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General....so far *** Stay away from this dealership: Especially if you are female *** More

My wife was attempting to turn in her 5 year vehicle at the end of her lease and John Barrera did not want to accept the lease because we were not purchasing the vehicle or another vehicle and it came from the end of her lease and John Barrera did not want to accept the lease because we were not purchasing the vehicle or another vehicle and it came from another local Toyota dealership. John became very beligerent with my wife and me. My wife is 8 months pregnant and we had our 3 year daughter with us at the time. I would never deal with this dealership again. We went to Toyota of Louisville and had excellent service and turned in the vehicle in less than 5 minutes total. More
I would not send my worst enemy to this dealership. They take up your time with back-and-forth nonsense pretending to come to terms with the buyer all the while they bite you in the back. The salesmen make take up your time with back-and-forth nonsense pretending to come to terms with the buyer all the while they bite you in the back. The salesmen make up nick names for the customers according to credit score and laugh at them behind their backs. I purchased a preowned auto from them and after the promised work, they had my car longer than I had it for the first month after purchase. They tried to find the cheapest manner to fix a noise in the car until finally they had to have the catalytic converter replaced at a much higher cost than what they had antcipated. The only reason I would set foot in this dealership again would be to warn others not to purchase thir vehicle from them. More

Company officials refer to Steve Thomas (Sales Manager) as "a person who really understands the corporate policies within our organization" and this is extremely alarming to me. If Oxmoor Toyota continues as "a person who really understands the corporate policies within our organization" and this is extremely alarming to me. If Oxmoor Toyota continues to employee people who lack professionalism and integrity I hope potential customers strongly reconsider where they purchase their car. I would strongly urge customers to review paperwork in detail and make sure the information they provide is the same information they dealership uses to obtain financing for them. If you are conducting a transaction with this company and you happen to work with Steve Thomas I would recommend asking for an altenative person to work with. Ask this dealership if you are supposed to recieve additional paperwork or disclosures in the mail after you sign paperwork. I have learned that this dealership will divert paperwork that should be going to its customers after a purchase. I am not telling you to avoid this dealership, however, this should make you think twice about what's important to you when choosing who to do business with. It's a shame dealerships are able to get by with not being open and honest when dealing with it's customers. More
