The Best Car Buying Experience Buying from Park Place Lexus Grapevine was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Josh Patel was awesome to deal with! I live out of town a Buying from Park Place Lexus Grapevine was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Josh Patel was awesome to deal with! I live out of town and first contacted the dealership online. Josh Patel got back to me in a very timely manner and went above and beyond to find the RX 350 that I wanted. I could not have asked for a better salesman. Josh even held the car to make sure I would be able to look at it and have first chance to buy it since I am from out of town and it was going to be a few days before I could get there. Josh even made sure to keep me updated on the weather conditions in the DFW area since prior to the day I came out to the dealership they had ice and snow. Park Place Lexus Grapevine is the ONLY car dealership I will buy from in the future and if at all possible I will only want to deal with Josh Patel! More

Great Dealership!!! I found a used car on their website and was contacted by Shane Welter who was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I basically did everything online since I live 3 hours away and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Shane had everything ready to go when I arrived so I wasn't at the dealership all day like some people which was great. I was treated as a top notch customer even though I was just buying a used car and not a $60,000 Lexus. I would highly recommend starting your car buying search at Park Place and I will be sure to search there for my next vehicle as well. More

Hate car buying process but this was pretty painless I don't like dealing with the whole car buying situation. We did all our research online and talked to Danny via email and one short phone call. Com I don't like dealing with the whole car buying situation. We did all our research online and talked to Danny via email and one short phone call. Completed our financing paperwork a week before we drove to Dallas. I was in Dallas to work so I only had about 1.5 hours (start to finish) to get the deal done. Danny knew which car we wanted and had the information on our trade-in. Danny made this a pretty decent experience...needed to come up a little on the trade in value, but in the end made the deal with what I was willing to accept for trade-in. Got good interest rate on loan and we were done in 1 hour and about 20 minutes. Thumbs up Danny and Park Place Lexus Grapevine! More
