I bought my Lexus from Ned Fardeecey, Internet Sales Manager and highly recommend him. Ned made my Lexus purchase a unique and pleasant experience without any sales pressure. I met Ned's manager, Tom during the sale who went out of his way to assist me. After the sale Ned spent over an hour with me explaining the operation of the various systems on my new Lexus. My special thanks to Austin Gomez, Service Manager, who assisted me in an outstanding manner and Victoria Dokey. Ned, Tom, Austin and Victoria along with all of the Park Place Lexus Staff have made me a Park Place Lexus customer for life! PS. The complimentary car washes and customer lounge are awesome . Having purchased over 70 vehicles in my lifetime, I'm very familiar with the sales process and experience. I can honestly state that the better purchasing experiences I've enjoyed always comes down to the sale person that I work with. If I get one that I feel "works" for me and helps work the process to my advantage (at least making me feel this way :)) it will be a win win for all of us. Sean Musser was our sale rep for this purchase and he displayed and delivered exactly the right blend of personality, knowledge and salesmanship I enjoy working with.
