I don't know why they have people schedule appointments. My appointment was at 9:00 am. I got there at 8:45 am. They didn't even touch my car until 10:22 am. I know because my car was sending me a panic al My appointment was at 9:00 am. I got there at 8:45 am. They didn't even touch my car until 10:22 am. I know because my car was sending me a panic alert when they started working on it. It also told me my doors were unlocked. The recall paperwork said it should take 2 hours. I was still sitting there 5 hours later. Before they started the recall, my car told me there was 86% fuel left. When they got done with my recall my car said it had 81% fuel left. What did they do with 5% of my fuel? Also, not everyone has a smart phone that they live on 24/7. I don't. A TV turned on in the breakroom would be nice. Also in the breakroom the coffee was too strong and there was only sugar for a sweetener. Not everyone uses sugar. I don't live in Gainesville so I could not take advantage of your mobile service. Also, since the recall paperwork said it should only take 2 hours, I had planned a lunch date that I had to cancel. Also, I have to take pills when I eat and I didn't bring them with me so I could eat some of your snacks so I was starving to death by the time I got back to the house at 3:00 pm. I don't eat breakfast so I hadn't had anything to eat. More
