We stopped on the side of the road in Belzonia, MS, as the engine lights lit up. Desperate for assistance (even AAA had disappointed us), I called Patty Peck Service Department and the most wonderful service advisor answered the phone. Linda Wilkinson was incredibly knowledgeable about what was going on with our Honda van. She advised us we could make it to their dealership and she would help us. It was literally almost closing time, but she gave us detailed directions and a sense of relief, and she was there with a hug and a huge smile when we arrived. Not only did the dealership take care of fixing our van, making sure we stay informed with the repairs, but even allowed us to use a loaner car for the remainder of our trip. Impeccable Service has become almost obsolete, until I met Linda Wilkerson and the Patty Peck Service team. Even sweet, Schelerria Smith, was so kind as we unpacked all of our stuff into the loaner vehicle and patient, as closing time has approached. i would highly recommend Patty Peck Service Center. Five star service!!
