My Review of Pauly Toyota:
I went pauly toyota on saturday june 24th to buy a 2007 camry, this dealership did not have the color that i was looking for. My parents and i sat down with steven volgos (biggest lier you will ever meet) and asked him when the car was going to be in he said no later then a week and that he had spotted 3 cars already. my parents signed a contract with them to buy a car and put a $1000.00 down. When I called on tuesday june 27 to find out what day the car was going to be in, he informed me that it was not going to be in for another 2 weeks to a month. at that point i told him that i had made plans for the weekend to come and pick up the car from michigan and if he cant deliver that i would like to get my deposit back. he said he understands and that he had already lost a sale due to toyota being backed up and had no problems returning the deposit. i called steven on wed. june 28th at 9:30 to inform that my dad and sister were going to be in to pick up the deposit in about an hour and he stated he had no problems with that. when my dad got there steven would not talk to him and the sales manager informed him that he would not be getting the deposit back. i guess as a consumer i made a few mistakes in taking his WORD that the car would be in in less then a week, (2)the deposit check would not he cashed until the car had arrived ( they cashed the check on monday june 26, 2006), and i made the mistake in taking his word saying that he would refund deposit on the phone. when i tried to explain to the sales manager and the owner of pauly toyoya about what steven had stated they both called me a lier within 2 minutes of us talking. for those of you looking into buying a car i would avoid this dealership at any cost because they are nothing but LIERS. if you would like more information about my experience with pauly feel free to e mail me at undmj23@hotmail.com

My Review of Pauly Toyota:
Just had lower ball joints replaced under the recall, they told me I had a bad wheel bearing ( their estimate $305 ) not under warrant. Brouhgt the truck home and jacked it up, yep wheel is loose. Took it to my local shop for an estimate, it appears that the dust cap had been removed, and the nut removed with a punch or chisel, not the correct tool for the job. Then replaced and cross threaded. The nut was ruined and spindal damage. Pauly admits to replacing the bearing when they did breaks last year. But deny it's their problem because I had it fixed at my local shop. This sure looks like a make work scam to me....
