We also talk with Marc Chandler and Genesis Polanco and they are very nice as well. Our cars are repaired thoroughly, by that we mean for the reason cars are brought in, there is no need for a return repair. All three in service department as well as valet, mechanics we encounter are very polite and always greet us with a smile & kind word. I think they all are happy working at Pepe Cadillac. Both are cars have been brought in a number of times without appointments and on an emergency basis. The speed in which cars are fixed and ready for pick up is amazing. We attribute that to Ron Bald.
