Long wait but it was on a Saturday We went in for a oil change and tire rotation and we waited a very long time even though we had a 10AM appointment, we told them to skip the tire rota We went in for a oil change and tire rotation and we waited a very long time even though we had a 10AM appointment, we told them to skip the tire rotation because of the long wait time but i know it was a Saturday and they should only schedule work they can handle on that day. good service I was 1000 miles from and Phillips Ram took my truck right in to be looked at. The tech came out to talk to me about my problem.
