Everyone very nice and polite. Accommodating with each question and responsive in a timely fashion. No high pressure techniques to close out the deal. Susanna showed us several vehicles and let us make up own minds. Kevin explained several options concerning different extended warranty’s and pointed out plus/minus of each . Don immediately took care of a small hiccup with out any stress to us. All in all a very very good experience and would recommend them to anyone. A very pleasent experience. Thank you. More

From the first hello, John Keefe made the entire process easy and enjoyable. There was no high pressure tactics to “buy now, today” and he knew what he was selling. He obliged us with a test drive even thou easy and enjoyable. There was no high pressure tactics to “buy now, today” and he knew what he was selling. He obliged us with a test drive even though he probably knew we were just looking at the time. I was so impressed that I called him after getting back home to see if he could locate a Gladiator in the color and model I was interested in. He not only found one in the color (Sarge Green) I was looking for but the exact model and options I wanted. And he had it located by the next day. Long story short, John made it all happen just as he said he would. My vote for Salesman of the Year. More

John Keefe is absolutely amazing! !! He is so honest. He has helped my husband , myself purchase our vehicles and my son (which was his first ever new/first experience buying a vehicl !!
