I have an 2004 Ford truck and a 1997 Toyota Avalon. I have a private owner to buy my '97 Avalon. I was interested in eventually upgrading both vehicles, but the car right away. I went to a Ford dealers I have a private owner to buy my '97 Avalon. I was interested in eventually upgrading both vehicles, but the car right away. I went to a Ford dealership first, but they had no options for a gently used car. At Philips Toyota, I worked with the salesman Jamie Reed. He was very knowledgeable, non pushy, polite and patient. Although I owned an older Avalon, I wasn't sure exactly what car I wanted. He showed me 3 different vehicles and I test drove all 3. The 2020 Avalon was a dream to drive! No road noise, smooth ride, fantastic safety features, just perfect! I put a small deposit down and wanted to think about it overnight. The next day I went back and bought the Avalon. Tom Prado helped me close the deal and he is also a wonderful pleasure to work with! Then I looked at the Toyota trucks. They have an awesome deal on a brand new 2024 Toyota Tacoma. After I sell my '97 Avalon, I will return to Philips Toyota for a Tacoma. I have never had such a fun, exciting yet serious experience at a vehicle dealership in my life. They are truly quality and experienced people who work at Philips Toyota. I have and will recommend them to my friends and anyone who will listen! If you or anyone you know needs (wants) to buy a vehicle, please give Philips Toyota a try! I know I'm going back!! More
