Exceeded Expectations! A month ago we purchased our second Toyota at Phillips Toyota from Bryan Perez, Sales Representative. After driving it for a few weeks we realized our new car was not what we wanted for several reasons. To us, Phillips has always been customer focused but in this situation under the leadership of their new General Manager Rob Jordan, Phillips exceeded our expectations. After contacting Phillips about our situation, Rob set the wheels in motion with his team of Tom Pardo, Finance, Michael Kuhn, Sales Manager and Bryan Perez. In three hours they were able to find another vehicle for us that more than met our satisfaction. They were all extremely professional and laser focused on working with us to make sure we had a vehicle that met our needs. We can’t say enough positive things about Phillips and our experience. We could feel everyone we dealt with understood our situation as if they were walking in our shoes! More

In April 2026 we purchased our second Toyota from Phillips using the same sales person. We financed both vehicles through Toyota financing. On both vehicles we purchased the extended warranties and u Phillips using the same sales person. We financed both vehicles through Toyota financing. On both vehicles we purchased the extended warranties and used Phillips Service Department exclusively for our first vehicle. The first vehicle was a Hybrid Sienna XLE and we decided to trade it in for a Grand Highlander Hybrid. I told our sales person we wanted the Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE because we liked all the features on our Sienna. Little did I know, and was not told, that the XLE packages were not the same on the vehicles. I don’t quite understand why Toyota does that. The main sticking point for me was that the Grand Highlander did not come with front and rear parking sensors. I won’t even touch the subject of gas mileage and the reserve gas which is completely different from the Sienna. I discussed this with our sales person and he told me the sensors could be added after market and gave me the name of the company they recommend. After three trips to the company trying to get the sensitivity of the front sensors adjusted - I’ll just have to live with them. I realize these are after market and not factory installed. As you can probably figure we are not excited about our most recent purchase like we were with the Sienna. If we would have been told up front about the XLE packages not being the same, we would have probably bought the Limited model. Anyway, we just wanted to give you our feedback as Phillips customers. More

I was told Phillips had the lowest dealer fees and the best prices. I was not told how truly friendly and low pressure the salesman would be. Keith made buying a car easy. From the moment I called them to the moment I drove off the lot, I felt like part of their family. Having spent almost a month looking for a specific vehicle at a specific price, Phillips Toyota was th the lot, I felt like part of their family. Having spent almost a month looking for a specific vehicle at a specific price, Phillips Toyota was the only dealer who not only met, but exceeded my expectations. From Ariana, to Jacky, to "Chick" and finally Tom, every single member of their team took my requests and brought them to fruition with joy. The dealership was over an hour from my home, but it was worth the drive from Tampa, bypassing dozens of other Toyota dealers for the deal and the experience I received here. I don't give many 5 star reviews, but when I do, I make sure others understand they are in a place they can trust to take care of them and remove STRESS from the equation! Highly recommend and will do business with them again! More
