For example ,I purchased My Lexus RCF last year.Cliff spent well over an hour t is a very caring and considerate employee at Pohanka Lexus Chantilly. For example ,I purchased My Lexus RCF last year.Cliff spent well over an hour to walk me through the bells and whistles in my newly purchased RCF to ensure that I understood every control and button before I pulled off the lot. In addition I brought my RCS in for an oil change recently and I had an emergency call from work where I had to leave immediately. He got me in a loaner car to accommodate this emergency. Great knowledge and service I went in to get my suspensions looked at. Had some issues with it making a creaking noise and found out it was due to part of it rusting underneath t I went in to get my suspensions looked at. Always a great experience here with this team! It's so hard to find a good experience in this area when taking my car in to be serviced. I never feel this way with Chris, instead I feel like I'm being treated fairly, everything is being explained to me, and nothing feels pushy.
