My wife and I had an exceptional experience working with Pat Driscoll and Brian Kim in our lease of a 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera. Coming from the BMW brand we were very hesitant. Pat made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions, and was very knowledge of Porsche products. Being a loyal BMW owner I never even looked at Porsche until my first visit to Porsche of Tyson's Corner sold me into the Porsche brand. Although Porsche of Rockville is less than five minutes from my home Pat's professionalism and honesty brought me to a conclusion that working with the competition was not required. Feeling confident that dealing with Pat was the right choice my wife and I decided to purchase our 911 right on the spot. To wrap up our exceptional Porsche experience Pat provided both my wife and I with test drives and explained the 911 thoroughly, Pat cleaned our car himself during delivery and in particular even met me near my home and out of his way for us to work on paperwork and explain our 911 in more detail. In my honest opinion Pat is the reason going forth that my wife and I will be long time Porsche customers. More

I had a wonderful experience this past Saturday when I leased and took delivery of a 2013 Porsche Boxster S. I had been interested in the Boxster for a while and I had visited Porsche of Tyson's Corner s leased and took delivery of a 2013 Porsche Boxster S. I had been interested in the Boxster for a while and I had visited Porsche of Tyson's Corner several times over the past few months to learn more about this car and test several models. I had had a great previous buying experience with this dealer last year when I purchased a Pre-owned 2011 Panamera 4S. This time was interesting, though, because another dealer that was much closer to my home had almost the exact car and had also quoted me a very favorable lease. I called Brian, did not mention this other offer, and asked for his best offer. He came in just slightly higher than this other dealer. I decided to go with Tyson's Corner anyway because the staff there had been so helpful and patient throughout my search...Brian lowered the price for me as well. In addition, when I tried to also purchase a Porsche Design key case for my new key, Jim made a gift of that item to me. In addition to taking me on all the test drives and explaining the Boxster, Pat gave me a thorough walk-thru of the car I leased. In particular, he explained how to program the Homelink to my garage when I got home and even offered to stop by and do that himself if needed later that day. His instructions turned out to be perfect. I have to say that this experience, for me, made a fantastic car that much better. More

Since buying the car Pat has contacted me to make sure I am satisfied and inquired about questions I made have. He invited me back to the dealership for a second thorough briefing on the car's operation and it was a very helpful one hour session. There was not a single question that Pat could not answer. He sales approach was low key exerting no pressure to buy. The car sells itself but you need someone like Pat to guide you through the car's operation. For anyone visiting Porsche of Tysons Corner I highly recommend that you ask for Pat. You won't be disappointed. More

After conducting my own research and interacting with various Porsche dealers in the local Northern Virginia or DMV area, Porsche of Tysons Corner and Jamie Reed as my sales person proved to be the absolute best option when it came to honesty, knowledge of product, efficiency in processes, and just an overall excellent experience. Jamie went above and beyond when providing customer service. I would highly recommend any person seeking a Porsche to make an appointment with him. Jamie took care of me during the sales process as well as after keeping open communication with me regarding my new Panamera 4. Jamie responds to all of my communications requests within an hour of sending. Jamie gave me GREAT deal which is what everyone looks for when purchasing a new vehicle! This was my third visit to the dealership. Each visit has been a complete disappointment. No one even acknowledged my presence, not a salesman, receptionist or General Manager. My wife and I walked the entire dealership made eye contact and still no acknowledgement , not even a pleasant greeting. Very disappointing as my wife and I had done our research had a check in hand for 105k from our Credit Union. .I guess we'll take our business elsewhere, I gave this dealership 3 chances hoping that it was just an isolated incident, and did I mention we were one of two customers in the entire store. Regrettably, I would not recommend this dealership. More

Jim Elefantis, the sales manager, and Pat Driscoll, my sales rep, were more like friends than someone just trying to sell you something. The entire process took very little time and was handled smoothly and efficiently. Pat went over all the features of the car that might have been new to me with very interesting explanations. Another one of the Porsche sales reps, Rick Schatz, assisted by installing the temporary tags and so on. Chad Morrison, the service manager, went over the service requirements etc. Anyhow, that's why I say it was like a team effort by a group of friends. More

The OTD price has been transparent, and I know how much should be paid -- the actual payment was not even a penny more than the calculated price. In particular, I would recommend the sales rep Jamie. Throughout the entire purchase transaction, he is very courteous, responsive, professional and helpful. Whenever I sent him an email asking questions, he could always reply the email within hours. He is also familiar with the car. The finance manager, Brian, has also impressed me. Frankly speaking, I experienced multiple instances of hard-push selling of those extra protection plans at other dealerships, but here at Tysons, this is not the case. Brian is a laid-back guy, and the communication experience was very pleasant. More

He is an honest man, and followed through on all his promises. Just as important was the follow-up. He spent an hour explaining the car's salient functions. He told me I can call anytime. The world is full of aggressive, dishonest car dealers. Jamie is polite, laid back, totally upright and soft-spoken. Perhaps it is his overseas background as the son of an American diplomat, but he's the real thing. If I buy another Porsche, it will be from Jamie. I would recommend his services to anyone.
