Friendly People -Best dealer that side of the Chattahoochee I came into the dealership a few weeks ago with my in-laws who were picking up a new VW. One of the sales associates - Chet Clair - saw me wandering a I came into the dealership a few weeks ago with my in-laws who were picking up a new VW. One of the sales associates - Chet Clair - saw me wandering around with the kids and started with the sales thing. I explained that I was from out of town,just in there with my Brother-In-Law and his life partner, and even if I were going to buy something it would be back in Detroit. Despite this, he still took the time to talk about the brand and the dealership. The kids were kind of getting away from my wife and he helped her wrangle in the four little ones while we searched for Leonitas again. Chet did some magic tricks for the kids and even found some Chicken Nuggets for them. Anyway, everybody there was super nice, and it really felt like a family kind of place. Very accepting of us - not judgy at all about my Brother-In-Law or Leonitas' handicaps. Great place to visit. Definitely ask for Chet and get him do the trick with the mayo packs. More

Great delaership with something for everyone!! I visited this dealership on 4 separate occasions. Travis is very informed about all the variety of vehicles that they sell. My daughter and family bought a used Pilot from Travis and they are thrilled!! The vehicle had just been turned in and Travis ensured that all the cleaning and detail work was done. I came back about a month later and asked to speak to Travis. Again, felt comfortable since he did such a great job for my daughter. Did not sell me what I did not need! Listened to my interests and was attentive to what I was looking for. Came up with a great plan to ensure all my needs were met and took the time to continue to check on me while waiting for all the paperwork and financing to be completed. Great dealership and I have referred anyone who is willing to listen to give Port Charlotte Auto mall a try! Very pleased and I love my new Ridgeline. More

Well worth the trip I wish I could tell you it was a bad experience ... but it wasn't. We had already been to another dealership that seemed to care less that we were ev I wish I could tell you it was a bad experience ... but it wasn't. We had already been to another dealership that seemed to care less that we were even there. Unreal because you would think someone would want a sale ... and we knew what we were looking for, and were ready to buy. But - because of their standoffish attitude, we left and drove all the way from Estro to Port Charlotte Honda. Yes ... I know - there are other Honda dealerships between those two locations; but I talked to their Internet Manager Britni, and got a good feeling from her - so off we went. Got out of our car and we were warmly greeted by Jimmy who asked how he could help, and proceeded to tell us everything and then some about each vehicle we inquired about. Plenty of info .. .no pressure or BS. We couldn't decide between the CRV and the HRV, and Jimmy put both cars side by side for us so went could go over each, make our comparisons, and make our decision. Then it came to price. The first thing I said to him was ... please do not waste my time, I just want the best and final with no hassle. And that's exactly what I got. After we worked with Jimmy, we went to talk to Dustin in finance ... and he was just as nice. The place closes at 5 and now it's well after that, but Dustin never made us feel rushed because he wanted to go home. He went over every piece of paper, answered all of our questions, and was very detailed. We really appreciated that. Now it's getting late and we go to leave ... and there is Jimmy - waiting for us in the lot to give us the keys to our car, make sure we are happy with the way it looked, and to thank us for our business. I'm sorry others had a bad experience here; certainly not what someone wants or expects. But that wasn't the case at all for us. Was it worth the drive - absolutely.
