I would actually rate the service with Zero Stars because my car received Zero Service. Five hours after dropping off my vehicle (for 90K mile service) I was informed that no work had been performed and no my car received Zero Service. The staff offered to perform the 90K mile service the next day but I could not adjust my work schedule simply because the service department is incompetent, failed to properly manage their workload, or deliberately overbooked (which resulted in my car not being serviced). I recently had an unfortunate experience with Subaru Dealer in Branford,CT that I feel compelled to share. The level of service provided was simply unacceptable. The staff exhibited a consistently bad attitude, displaying rude manners and a shocking lack of professionalism. From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership, I was met with dismissive behavior and a palpable air of superiority from the staff. Instead of feeling welcomed and valued as a customer, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. The interactions were marred by a lack of basic courtesy and respect. What was most concerning was the evident lack of education and training of the service manager. It was apparent that he waqs ill-prepared to handle even the most basic customer inquiries. Instead of providing helpful and accurate information, they seemed more interested in rushing through interactions or deflecting questions altogether. Overall, my experience with Subaru Branford CT dealer was nothing short of disappointing. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for customer service and professionalism in an establishment that should prioritize customer satisfaction. I would caution anyone considering doing business with them to proceed with extreme caution. More

Honored the lifetime powertrain warranty without question. Gave me a loaner and fixed the oil leaks @ 125,00 miles and got me my 2015 Forester back in a reasonable time. My Outback Wilderness Edition was purchased in December 2023 and I had a tow hitch and wiring installed as part of the purchase. There was a problem with the installation regarding a fascia component that 2023 and I had a tow hitch and wiring installed as part of the purchase. There was a problem with the installation regarding a fascia component that is installed on this model. Unfortunately, the fit and finish were not perfect. Cristal oversaw the repair and it did not meet her's or Subaru's satisfaction and it was determined that a whole new bumper had to be installed. Although, I was disappointed to hear this news, Cristal arranged for a loaner car during this time and assured me that the body work and painting would be perfect. It took a little longer than expected but I had the same Outback as a loaner. for the 2 weeks. Cristal, as a generous gesture of customer care had my car fully and beautifully detailed. She went above and beyond in her communication with me. She took a challening situation from a customer perspective and made it a positive out come. My Outback looks terrific! More

I bought my 2015 Crosstrek from this dealership. It has never seen serviced anywhere else. Twice, including today, I was assisted by Cristal of the service department with a problem that was cover It has never seen serviced anywhere else. Twice, including today, I was assisted by Cristal of the service department with a problem that was covered by the lifetime powertrain warranty. Previously, the insurer authorized coverage for transmission and head gasket leaks. Today, I was not charged for replacement of a wheel bearing. I appreciated her following up with the insurer, which has saved me a lot of money on repairs. More

Premier Subaru Service department is excellent. I went late in the day the service advisor Cristal Bello was very helpful. The technician 5721 checked the car and was able to fix it right away.
