We always hope that by going the extra mile to thoroughly check over a customer’s vehicle and make recommendations, rather than just do as little as possible to get the customer out the door, are appreciated. We pride ourselves on keeping our facilities clean and we know that waiting rooms can be boring places. The least we could have done was to honor the essence of your warranty and ensure that you did not have to come out of pocket for the repair. We do apologize for the inconvenience that Safelite’s botched repair caused. Windshield protection, like most insurance products is subject to the insurers approval. We were authorized to repair rather than replace under your warranty and the insurance company sent Safelite to repair your windshield. I think that you will find that your future service will carry the same level of customer care that covering your deductable showed. Rest assured, when servicing your Honda, you will not receive better care than at Priority Honda.
