I have given a great rating to Sherry Longwill for outstanding friendliness and customer service in getting my car in for appointments. Also, she has worked with me to get appointments as quick as possible for some emergency work. Bruce has been a super technician on my car. His work is excellent. Initially I contacted Progressive through their website, requesting information on an 06 an on 06 Trailblazer. I received a call within less then 10 minutes and was able to setup up on appointment at my co requesting information on an 06 an on 06 Trailblazer. Wally was able to bring all my information up on his computer from my initial internet request, had both carfax and autocheck and then took us to see the vehicle. Being a college student makes for limited financing options and very much appreciated the time Wally and his staff took to make buying this vehicle a possibility. After we came to an agreement on the sale and trade price we meet Dan Ford. He had a print out that displayed are financing options from multiple banks that allowed us to compare and pick the right one for us. Everything concerning finance, extended warranty, gap coverage etc. was all presented to us in a manner that was professional, understandable, and allowed us to make the best choice for us. I'm very happy with the service, professionalism and time taken by progressive to help me achieve my goals with this purchase and ultimately exceeded my expectations. The quality of the vehicle also exceeded my expectations as I felt this 06 to be like a brand new car.
