2 Bad Service Experiences.. Our F-150 was brought in for an oil change and after parked in the driveway there was an oil puddle under the truck. I had the driveway fixed over the holiday and after returning back and removing the truck again, another stain in our brand new paver stone driveway. We went down to view the car and take it for a ride; Dan was no nonsense and different from the hard sell approach we had experienced before with other dealerships.
