Trent Meyers did an amazing job! I have a very challenging schedule and from day one he did everything possible to accommodate me. I was very nervous about my first car purchase and he made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. I will most definitely tell everyone I know to stop by and see him. Great guy!!

Steve was very knowledgeable of the Toyota vehicles and went out of his way to assist us in finding a vehicle to fit our needs. He also went over financing options with us to determine the best savings for us. Your staff is always friendly and courteous. This is our second new vehicle purchase from Quality Imports. The Service staff acted in a professional and courteous manner, from the initiation of my call for a service appointment to the deliver of my vehicle the process was handled in any efficient manner. I felt confident that Jason was answering all my questions and Jason also made every attempt to accommodate my requests to the best of his abilities.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Armando and asked if someone was assisting us, to which we replied, "no". Armando then proceeded to assist us in pursuing our new vehicle. We had a specific vehicle and price in mind prior to our arrival, and the dealership and Armando worked with us to get what we wanted at a price everyone could agree on. The vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, but the dealership was able to locate/order the vehicle we wanted in a short amount of time. The vehicle was located and delivered much quicker than we had anticipated.

Service was great - Jason always ensures I will have my car serviced and out in minimum amount of time. Waiting lounge is also nice - tv, snacks, etc. All personnel at Quality are friendly and customer oriented.

Searvice dept. went the extra mile a part of vehicle wash. I hadn't sweeped the interior in a couple of weeks. When I got in vehicle to leave, it looked and smelled like brand new. Way to go!

Very happy with the whole car buying experience from Quality Imports, Matt Hunnicutt was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. They were able to match the USAA CAR buying pricing and Brandon Sweet was able to give me a very low APR rate on my new car.
