My Review Of Quality Imports Toyota:

Very happy with the whole car buying experience from Quality Imports, Matt Hunnicutt was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. They were able to match the USAA CAR buying pricing and Brandon Sweet was able to give me a very low APR rate on my new car.

My Review Of Quality Imports Toyota:

The special tool needed to remove the timing chain cover was missing from the tool room resulting in a two day delay in completing the repair. Would suggest a review of "special tool" accountability. I was however, provided a rental for those two days and was kept informed of progress. Overall, great service, that is why my family and I keep comming back, in the past 7 years we have purchased 5 new vehicles from Quality Imports.

Really wasn't expecting to buy anything since we were there just for a service appt. Andrew was great compared to our first salesman at Quality Imports (M. Makita) last year. Really changed my opinion of this establishment because I had really planned to never buy here again. I guess there are good people still around that will treat you like a person and not a number.

We've had excellent service with every Toyota we've taken to or purchased from Quality Imports. The service we've experienced from Quality Imports Toyota was definitely better than that we received while traveling out of state on vacation and in need of an oil change.
