I worked with Mike Hart initially and finished the sale with Theresa Boyer, both of whom, were professional, easy to work with and detailed in their presentation on the car and paperwork. Darren Sereikis, in finance and final paperwork process, was also helpful, detailed and thorough in his explanations of the offers and additional programs. My overall impression of Rafferty is excellent and feel it is important to work with the local dealerships near where you reside in buying a car.....just my personal opinion. More

Great experience buying my new Ascent. The car is really great, the best car I've owned and I've owned probably 30 in my lifetime. Should have bought one a year or so ago. Sales, financing and instructor on how everything worked (a lot of new tech features) were first class and extremely helpful. Post buy follow up has been both a surprise and really great. Several contacts to make sure all was well and I that I enjoyed the car. I will enjoy driving this car very much.
