I have been very pleased as a 70 year old with them over the past year since taking my 2006 Subaru Outback there for a variety of repairs (engine gaskets, front headlights, alternator). Never had a ‘good’ buying experience. Didn’t expect what I got from Rafferty. I appreciated their ability to conduct their business and sell but also ‘keep it real’ in terms of the specs, packages and features that come with buying from the dealership and with Subaru.
