At the conclusion we met with the Business mgr (unfortunately I don't remember their name) to conclude the transaction. This was also a very pleasant session. Then one of their Technicians spent a good deal of time going over all the new features in the car which we were un familiar with such as touchscreens, bluetooth, setups etc. Definitely a cut above all around in customer service.
