Worst experience ever at a car dealership. I have never encountered such rudeness in a service industry. From the moment the receptionist Tiffany answered I got an attitude. We are new to the area and long time BMW drivers, and when they found we had not bought our car from them and they couldn't "find us in the system" they were not interested in servicing our car in an emergency. We ended up having to have our car towed to the dealership since they were the nearest option, and I hoped when I picked up the car their attitude would change, but it was the same. We are long time 750/760 customers, so this is unfortunate for them. I would never deal with this dealership again. I'll pay to have it towed to Manhattan next time even if I have to pay out of pocket. More
