Warranty Coverage and Their Prices The posted responses were not typical of my experience. I had a moment of weakness at a dealership outside of my home state. I was looking for a deale The posted responses were not typical of my experience. I had a moment of weakness at a dealership outside of my home state. I was looking for a dealership to handle all of my service needs. I went to this dealership and point blank asked what type of service I would receive, seeing as I did not purchase my car at their dealership. My fist experience at 5,000 was wonderful. I felt as if for the first time in a long time I found a place to take my car that I felt confident about the service I would receive. My second experience at 10,000 miles startled me. I was told that my warranty that is supposed to cover my oil changes, does not cover the entire amount, just $50, that they, the dealership must lower their prices to satisfy this warranty coverage. I was told that my extended warranty would only cover $30 and they would not lower the rates even to $50 that I will have to pay the difference. My UCONNECT has not worked at all since I purchased the car. I was told to look at it would take all day and that if my car was drivable I could not have a loaner. Just because my car is drivable it does not mean it works correctly and even if it is drivable if the dealership has it, how can I drive it? During my startling second experience, Monica in service was condescending at best. After the berating conversation regarding my warranty. When asked if I wanted a free carwash, before I could even answer she said, "Of course you want the car wash, it's free." My response was, "Please do not make me mad at this dealership, please do not ruin this brand for me. I have loved Jeeps for 25+." I have owned four Jeeps over the last 25 years, two brand new, two used. As a matter if fact, I cried at the opportunity to trade my last one and decided to keep it in the family. I understand that due to my warranty, some of the things I have to have done to maintain said warranty are free, most are not. I also understand there is money to be made from my business, even with a new car. I have always been of the understanding that dealerships offer their kind, quality service based not upon your last purchase, but upon your next. We are in the market for another new vehicle and had already test drove a car. We will not be taking a vehicle back to Gerry Wood for service and we especially will not be buying a car from them. New car lemon I bought a new dodge avenger. Only 9 months of having the car, the alternator went out, left me on the side of the road. Transmission leaking. Third t I bought a new dodge avenger. Here I am a single mother, bought a NEW car for a reason, to be reliable, not to have a xxx car with a new car PAYMENT! I understand the service center was closed, but after I was in tears, I pretty much told not his problem and interpreted by him saying when you are done "I will talk". This is my second dodge, and will now be my last. I have never bought a car even used and had this much problems. Not to mention had to deal with a jerk , whom said in the first 2 minutes I was there, service center is closed , turned around ignored pretty much I was still standing there . Each time I have brought my car in, well the first towed in, I hear this "it's a brand new car"!. Haha you think? My thoughts exactly. A brand new car with all theses problems. Transmission shipping, jerking, but it's a brand new car. Never again will gerry wood in salisbury or any other dodge dealer have my business. I would really like to think the person in charge would not be such a jerk. Is it truly my fault that the "brand new car" I bought is a leamon. They want to sale cars, how many things have to go wrong with a brand new car, before I get a different besides we can get you into another car, but with a down payment and the rest of what I owe on this "brand new car" that has left me stranded, transmission leaks, now slipping and jerking. I have never left a review in my life. I mean 3 times in a year, and even much of a hey, let's see what we can do, not me bringing it in every few months. But I guess the sales manager got his money when I bought the car, much like his attitude, not my problem. I really hope others who buy from here, has a better experience. Josh has a rude "I don't care" attitude. If I ever act like him on my job, I wouldn't have a job. Last time I brought it in, I was they didn't have a car for me drive, I showed my butt. I got a car to drive with a Crack in the whole windshield, after showing my butt, I than get a car to drive. I am sitting the service shop with my kids, being told I have no car to drive. I have never had a bad experience with a dealership as I have here. New breaks, new rotors less than a year, alternator, transmission. I love my car, very disappointed what I bought it at gerry wood Chrysler Jeep and dodge in salisbury. And josh's care less attitude just makes it all better. I am very sorry I chose to spend my money at your dealership, I am single mother and bought a new car for a reason. My boyfriend was with me, and couldn't believe how my visit went. Very very sorry I bought a car from you. By business will go elsewhere, and not another dodge product ever More
