I've had several discussions with Mr. Briggs since posting my initial comments and we have reached an amicable compromise to take care of the service problem with my Ridgeline. I am scheduled to bring the vehicle back to them on February 3rd to get the problem resolved. I appreciate his willingness to work with me on this. Hopefully this all ends well and I will continue to be a customer of Ray Laks Honda.
