As an elderly widow trading in my car for a newer car had me engulfed in many questions and emotions. So we decided to see about trading in my Escape for a newer used car. I was so lucky that Rob is a man I have trusted for many years. I knew he would not steer me wrong. He introduced me to Billy Capo, a salesman with the Chevy dept. He has the patience of a saint, he did not rush me into a purchase, he answered all of my questions, I even had my brother on the phone asking him questions regarding the Chevy Trax I was considering purchasing. Very much the professional Billy took his time explained and answered each and every question in detail and in a language that I could understand. He made me feel important. I purchased the Chevy Trax and Billy wrote me a wonderful thank you note and even sent me a coffee mug with my picture on it with my new car. So thoughtful. In my entire life I was never treated so well when it came to making a purchase. Billy also assured me that if I have any problems at all I am to contact him and he will help me. And I didn't feel like it was just a line that most sales people, say with him it feels genuine and he knows I will take him up on it if I need to, hopefully I won't need to. I feel they are honest, friendly, and their entire staff is very professional, including the ladies who answer the phones, make appointments, the mechanics who work on your car and come out and explain what is going on with it. They also have coupons that help with oil changes, tires, batteries etc. and in today's economy every penny counts especially with us senior citizens. So from Rob in service Department to Billy Capo in Sales and Sidlk in Finance Department I can honestly say that this purchase was truly a wonderful experience.
