Initial person I spoke to did not seem to acknowledge what I said. When I stated I only wanted what my warranty covered, they added a fuel line cleaning as well. I only signed off the verify that my information was correct (email, phone, address, name) and when I asked later on to see what I had signed again, there was suddenly a price of $134.00 on the screen that wasn’t with my personal information beforehand. These employees do not listen, and obviously tried to lie about what I signed. I plan on taking pictures of what I sign on the iPads next before and after. More
