I was VERY displeased with the non-transparency about the 20 year warranty. We were led to believe that it applied to our sale until the moment of the signing, even though we asked numerous times and were a 20 year warranty. If only they were honest and upfront and trustworthy. That would have made 100% difference. The reputation of car dealers unfortunately proved true this time. Honesty is always the best policy if you want to win our trust in you. More

Was looking for a good used car at a great price. . Went to several dealerships, and was considering Carmax and Carvana.. Found a couple cars in my price range online with Rick Case in Duluth, and thought I would take a look. This isn't hyperbole - this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Their used cars go through intensive inspection, repair and replace, then are offered for sale - with a 10 year 100k powertrain warranty! That blew me away. Kush Patel was a wonderful salesman, so friendly and had the patience of a Saint. Never pushy at all. I so appreciated his honestly and his understanding with staying in my budget, he just went over the top to find us the right car. Thank you Kush. Jhon Louis took care of our financing, and was simply wonderful. Funny, friendly, honest, and took so much time to go through all of our options and get us out the door. I have never ended a car buying experience with a hug, but I don't think I want to buy another car again without it, lol. Thank you, Jhon. We also enjoyed the occasional Metallica and Craig Morgan sing along from the sales manager at the front, who halted his performance to congratulate us on our purchase, 🤣. Day 1: I went for test ride of Hyundai Venue and left as I needed to pick my daughter. They made me wait for 15 mins so that they can give me pricing sheet. I left without taking it. Day 2: I came to get pricing sheet. Salesman#1 came and started negotiating. I told that i will come back. He sent salesman#2 (Kush Patel). He was so aggressive and intimidating and boasted about being Patel and not letting customers without purchase. When I told that I will not do the deal, he told to wait and left. To my utter surprise, he was with other customer keeping us wait for another. This was my worst experience and have never seen such a bad and unprofessional saleman. Kush Patel was the reason I didn’t buy car from this dealership. Anyone from dealership, please take this review seriously and save your business. More

I brought my Kona in the the 15,000 mile check up. Andre was very courteous and explained the maintenance that could be done on my vehicle. I choose the oil change and alignment. My vehicle was done in the time frame that Andre told me plus he came to the waiting area to give me updates on my Kona. My visit to Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth started positively, with the sales staff, particularly Vern, being friendly and helpful during the initial stages of the car buying process. However, the experience took a negative turn during the post-negotiation phase. After agreeing on a price, I was asked to sign an arbitration agreement, which was presented as a standard practice across all dealerships and had been used for years. This raised my concerns, and upon further investigation, I found that this is not a universally adopted standard, which made me question the transparency of their sales practices. Additionally, the finance department's approach to selling extended warranties was overly aggressive. Despite my clear refusal of the extended warranties on four separate occasions, the representative persisted, hindering the progress of finalizing the sale. This level of pressure left me with no option but to walk away from the deal. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend Rick Case Hyundai. While the initial interaction with the sales staff was positive, the subsequent lack of transparency and undue pressure in the finance department overshadowed the initial goodwill. Potential customers should be wary of these practices. More
