Anthony, his "manager" Justin and now their manager Betsy have not been able to get my car looked at. I have an email thread from Sept 8 to now showing how they can't do their jobs. I have reached out to corporate to complain and now corporate isn't responding back. Typical car dealer. More

Battery was dead next morning. Not enough power to even unlock car. Car is brand spanking new with less than 1,100 miles on it! Love the car, but this should not have happened. AAA got me started and I drive straight to Rick Case in Plantation, Fl . Service agent had battery checked, said it was 100% good, and it was MY FAULT FOR NOT TURNING HEADLIGHT SWITCH TO OFF AFTER DRIVING, DAYTIME, WITH HEADLIGHTS ON. This is my second Hyundai Tusan, and I ALWAYS drive with my headlights on, DAYTIME, I NEVER manually turn my headlights OFF. The Owners Manual says the lights go OFF 15 seconds after opening the door, after turning engine OFF, or 5 minutes if the door is not opened. SERVICE AGENT IS WRONG, yet insisted he was right. He wasn’t rude, but clearly was not going to do anything except to say “READ THE MANUAL” If it happened once, it will happen again, I have lost faith in my brand new car, and in Rick Case and it’s Service Agent. I want my car properly repaired and whatever parts, which are responsible for turning headlights off, changed out. Otherwise, love my Tusan!!! Thank you Shane P. O’Neill 954-763-3630 More
