Thank you I drove into the dealership on Sat 6/7/2014 to have the A/C checked on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I was not looking to trade my car in. BUT .... I was i I drove into the dealership on Sat 6/7/2014 to have the A/C checked on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I was not looking to trade my car in. BUT .... I was introduced to Donnie Barnes. He was very informative and helped me UPGRADE. I drove the 2014 Elantra that was a step up from what I had, but I was not fully convinced to trade. He then had me drive a 2014 Sonata. I was excited. I loved the handling of the car and the added space. So we talked more. He helped me pick out what color I wanted and we finalized the trade. I went back in this morning to get the tints done on my windows... Very satisfied customer here. This is my third Hyundai!! I was very impressed with the patience and professionalism that the staff had. I will be recommending Rick Case Hyundai to everyone I know. Thank you Donnie and staff for all that you did. More
Worst service experience ever Service dept along with Leroy Larson (General Manager) were no help at all in repairing my car. I went in for a multipoint inspection and had my brakes done. Ernest is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and has always been fair. I was sure that, with my credit situation, there was no way I could buy a new car for zero down, under 4% interest, at a payment that I could actually afford, but I'm happy to say I was wrong. In the Lobby I am received with a like of continental Breakfast - Gourmet coffees, fruits and bagels. Not to mention free internet. Pleased, issues were resolved, future follow ups offered. Communication at its best, even the shuttle driver calls me and accommodates to my schedule Vehicle returned repaired, and clean - but the gas tank not filled up!! When I went for a service for my Elantra, Donnie Barnes was asking me questions, very nice and next thing I know he really help me to get my dream car. He went out of his way and help me along with Orlando was asking me questions, very nice and next thing I know he really help me to get my dream car.
