Service at this dealer has gone down. A lot of people who only speak Spanish. The clients have to wait a long time for a simple service like a oil change even though I had an appointment. Went in to get Sentinel package honored. Carlos took pictures and never called me back as he said he would do. I informed them that I was moving to another state and would like to do the procedure prior pictures and never called me back as he said he would do. Instead of being honest they blamed it on being backed up which is bs and TERRIBLE customer service in my opinion. I asked them questions up front to prevent this from happening and was given incorrect information throughout the entire process. Be honest with people up front and stop concealing lies and treat your loyal customers with more respect. More
