10,000 mile check-up I wanted to thank the service department for working me in at the last minute. I thought I had successfully made an appt and, low & behold, it didn't I wanted to thank the service department for working me in at the last minute. I thought I had successfully made an appt and, low & behold, it didn't get set on the calendar. BUT, the service folks came through so all is well! The only suggestion I have is the waiting area for guests -- it's awful!! I used to have a Nissan just a few steps away from your dealership and it is set up very nice with vending machines, lots of room to spread out, up-to-date reading materials, lighting, etc. Why can't Rick McGill's do the same? I had to stop at a Toyota dealership in Hilton Head when my tire light came on.. Their waiting area was open and very nice.. Again, RM Toyota has had the same set-up for years -- very drab, depressing and too crowded/close (you cannot even read your emails/text without the one seated beside you reading it as well). It's time for an upgrade in the waiting area! More
