Right Toyota - Service Center

BEWARE: Made an appointment for "low tire light" that came on. Had nail in tire. After arrival, told that being I had over 30,000 miles had to do the 30,000 mile checkup too for $299.00. I objected strongly, since I had just had that checkup back home in Iowa before driving to AZ. They wanted to change oil too and had only 2000 miles on that oil change. After objecting to the oil change, then they lowered the price to $249 and eventually charged me $272.00. I called their customer service and they eventually credited me $120.00 back, so still paid $150.00 to fix a nail in a tire. The local tire shop would have charged me $22.50. This will be my last Toyota and I will never return to this shop. And if you are an elderly female with white hair take a man with you! I was scammed big time and they would not listen and fix the tire only. Wasn't sure I could get to another shop or I would have walked right then when he said I needed an oil change on 2000 miles. That is why I gave the rating I did, I was scammed big time. More

I woke up to a dead battery yesterday and needed to get to work asap. I got a jump and took my Highlander down to Right Toyota at about 7:20am. They really are so nice and do keep you informed during the process. I have taken my Highlander there for service for about 10 years. i had my '09 camry serviced at right toyota. after a great experience provided by bob marthaler for a simple oil/filter change, i returned. an independent competitor had diagnosed my vehicle needing bra great experience provided by bob marthaler for a simple oil/filter change, i returned. an independent competitor had diagnosed my vehicle needing brake work and a new water pump. i gave bob marthaler every opportunity to earn the job. bob did just that. he was able to match the competitor's quote and use toyota parts and not aftermarket. changed pads front and back and resurfaced rotors. changed water pump. it was because of bob marthaler's professionalism,knowledge,confidence and determination to satisfy all my car needs that trust in him was developed. the great experience continued when upon receiving the vehicle i discovered a very minor small paint chip on the front bumper(maybe1inch). once again, bob marthaler didn't ask any questions and tackled the challenge at hand. he took care of that paint chip and all other paint chips i had over the years on the bumper and the hood of the vehicle at no cost to me. i had a great experience at right toyota and all work performed was to my satisfaction. i highly reccomend right toyota and bob marthaler. I brought my truck in for warranty work and had them qoute a couple other issues. They charged me $150 to check out my seat. It was in there already!But then failed to fix my alarm as requested.
