ABSOLUTE JOKE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! What an absolute nightmare.... I purchased a preowned vehicle from them on 8/20/19 and it has been nothing but a headache since. I purchased the vehicle and when I test drove it, i noticed a slight bounce in the way it rode. When i asked the salesman what was wrong he assured me beyond the shadow of a doubt that it was a "flat spot" in the tire. It had been sitting on the lot for about 2 months so I thought okay that seems reasonable enough. I was told it should work itself out in a couple hundred miles and would be fine. Well here I am 1500 miles later and it still rides LIKE A xxxx LOG WAGON at anything over 40mph. Now I have a $1000 set of tires that are completely trashed and will need to be replaced. Upon closer look at the tires, there weren't even weights on them where they should have been balanced....REALLY?! Secondly, about a week and a half after i purchased the vehicle I get a text from my salesman on labor day weekend Saturday asking me to call him ASAP he has some important questions. I call, and he tells me that they need my last 3 months of bank statements to get me "sold" on the truck and he needs it in 30 minutes. I've had the truck for almost 2 weeks at this point and they call and ask for that. When I sign the paperwork and drive off the lot it should be a done deal right then and there. The following Monday (Labor Day), I call and ask to speak to a manager and get forwarded to the owners assistant and customer relations manager. I tell her about the unprofessionalism of calling me on a holiday weekend needing bank info in 30 minutes and about the situation with the tires. She informs me she knows nothing about it and will look into it and follow up the next day. Fast forward to Friday, still haven't heard a word. I call again, ask to speak to a manager once again and was told they would have to take a name and number she was not there. Gave them my information and expected a call sometime that weekend. NOTHING. Monday rolls around, I call YET AGAIN. Only to get sent to voicemail and was told they can take my name and number again. I told them no that's the whole reason i'm calling is because they don't care enough about their customers to return their phone calls. This has gone on for 3 WEEKS NOW. If you can't return a customers call within 24 hours then that goes to show what kind of business you run and the absolute lack of professionalism you have within your business. Today I drive up there, ask to speak to a manager wait 15 minutes and finally speak to him. Tell him the whole story and all he can offer me is a free tire rotation to which I tell him i've already had it done and would never let them work on my vehicle. If they can't even service a trade in well enough to put it back on the lot to sell WHY WOULD I LET THEM WORK ON MY VEHICLE?! Do not waste your time, do not waste your money, and do not put yourself in the nightmare that i have gotten myself into. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! You lost my business for life Roberts Toyota! Sales people are great! Service department ruins it! Purchased my 2018 Camry in December. While washing it I noticed rims were discolored I brought it to attention on my second service visit. I was told Purchased my 2018 Camry in December. While washing it I noticed rims were discolored I brought it to attention on my second service visit. I was told when I cleaned them again to take a picture. My rims are black. I live 45 min from away. I done just that to get told it was road grim! When I told the manager what was said I got told there was a reason the service guy wasn't there anymore. So I pay for his mistake? Then not to mention the car is breaking on it's own with nothing infront of me and I was told unless it does it for them there is nothing that can be done because there is more then one sensor and if they replace wrong one and send it to Toyota and part is good they get billed for it. So I ask to speak to whoever is over service manager Stephon and got told there was nobody over him. There is always someone over you and I shouldn't have to pay for a mistake that one of there employees made. I also ask if I should use a additive to gas and what brand to be told he had no clue what I was talking about. Guess I can't expect any less when told to clean my rims and take a picture! I have had several new vehicles and have never been done like this at a service department. Was also told when I purchased vehicle if it was awhile for repair I would have a rental or be dropped off and picked up when car was ready. That wasn't true I was told they had to have car overnight. They had no clue how long mine would take a couple hours was minimum. So I ask for rental because I work and am not from Columbia to get told they didn't have a rental available! More

Richard was excellent and very knowledgeable. Great selection too. I never thought a dealer in Columbia Tennessee would have so many new Toyota's to choose from. All in all, I would recommend a visit. More

My wife and I have been shopping for a Tacoma for nearly 3 months. We have checked most, if not all of the Toyota dealers in and around Nashville. Let me save you some time, Roberts is the place to go! They exceeded my expectations and saved $1,100 over the next closest quote. Chris did a fantastic job showing us all of the features. Way to go guys, we will be back! More

They quoted her a price of $16,299.00 on the car. Her payment would be $409 a month for 5 years. She told the man that couldn't be right and he said it was a 3% to 5% interest rate. She called me and we figured it to be a 17.5% interest rate! She has a credit score of 780. They saw a young single woman coming and tried to pull one over on her. I called the next day and asked to talk to the owner. I had to explain to the operator what this was about and I was told the owner doesn't talk to customers. She told me to hold and she would get either Jeff or Stephen on the phone. They never picked up. I asked to talk to their boss and a man named Anthony answered saying he was the sales manager. I told him what happened and that we were trying to do business locally and this was what happened. He stated that he wasn't at work that night but he would find out what had happened and call me back. He never called back of course. Two days later we drove into Franklin Tn. and bought a car with none of these issues. Of course I do not recommend this dealership. More
Something Has Changed - Not Worth the Drive Have been a customer of Roberts for years - long before the nearby Williamson County growth. Roberts used to be a very easy, no hassle dealership. P Have been a customer of Roberts for years - long before the nearby Williamson County growth. Roberts used to be a very easy, no hassle dealership. Pricing was straight forward and no hassle. Wow - what a difference a few years makes. The dealership now carries more vehicles than I have ever seen them carry which a good thing, but they seem to have lost the personal service and family atmosphere that was always a hallmark of their dealership. Pricing is all over the map and they seem to be playing games with pricing which is why I avoided the big city dealerships to begin with. I have no doubt that they are selling more cars, but the special sauce that used to make them special is now missing. They don't seem to know me anymore and evidently don't seem to care. Honestly felt more welcomed at some of the larger dealerships than I did at Roberts. Even tried their text and email features in a last attempt with no response from them. I used to just go to Roberts exclusively - didn't have to think about it. After the last several interactions with them in store, on the phone, and trying by internet - I have started looking at other dealerships. If your local, then probably not a big deal, but they have become a dealership no longer worth the drive for me. Just wanted a good price with low hassle - shouldn't be this difficult. More
