I was apprehensive about coming to the dealership since I was comfortable going to Sansone Jeep in Woodbridge. My son had a particular Jeep he wanted me to take a look at that Sansone didn't have in their in was comfortable going to Sansone Jeep in Woodbridge. My son had a particular Jeep he wanted me to take a look at that Sansone didn't have in their inventory. Although the place is not much to look at, the people who worked there were friendly, knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. Joe was a good salesman but my most memorable moment was with Alan from the finance department whom for the 1st time in 20 years, it was simple and less stressful. He was excellent in all sense of the word as well as Aaron the sales manager. I guess the old adage goes you can't judge a book by its cover. Thank you Route 18 Jeep for making my experience the greatest!!! More

Distraught senior ! !!, snow storm, freezing, battery dead, no service two days. Tara said don't worry...stay in bed we will take care of you...they did just that. My Jeep up and running. Thank you Aziz for taking the time to get all that ice off the roof I couldn't have done that due to disability.
