We have a 2005 grand caravan (74,000 mi). - Air/Heat switch not working. "R&R Blower motor resistor" was replaced. While checking results, mechanic (Fredo Malino) noticed a "clunking" noise from the swa switch not working. "R&R Blower motor resistor" was replaced. While checking results, mechanic (Fredo Malino) noticed a "clunking" noise from the swaybar. (I had gotten used to hearing the noise but didn't know what was causing it). Fredo determined that the "front sway bar bushings and links" needed replacing. While accomplishing this repair, he noticed that a right passenger wheel lug and two studs were stripped. Rich ordered the parts and they were replaced. My car now rides much better and smoother. Rich was able to charge me a reasonable price for all the work. Thanks especially to Rich for being helpful and pleasent to work with as were all the personnel I came in contact with. More

Today I picked up my car from this dealer after having repairs, oil change and detailing. This was the best experience I have ever had with an auto dealer. It was easy. This is the first time we have gone to this dealership for service. Our red light was on among other things. The car is a 1997 dodge caravan with 104,000 miles. We took it some place else before that, and we weren't down the road when the red light went on. Rt. 18 dodge fixed the problem and the car is running like a charm. I would definitely recommend them, and plan to go back there myself. More
