Ray was great! I talked to him over the phone a few days before we could meet at the dealership. He worked hard to find exactly what we were looking for from our co I talked to him over the phone a few days before we could meet at the dealership. He worked hard to find exactly what we were looking for from our conversations, and he had 2 cars that matched our criteria. They were sitting there spotless and ready to view. We very quickly came to the numbers that I was looking for, and we had the paperwork in front of us very quickly. We ended leased a 2026 Kia Sorento X Line in exchange for a 2024 version. We love the Sorento! I have to say that this was a much different experience than we had with another Tucson Kia dealer when we purchased the 2024 car. We did not even consider going back to that dealer. Ray is a great guy....everything that Ray told us was true, no if's, ands, or buts! He is also very nice and funny guy! More
