Russell & Smith repaired CRV & Certified it with non-Honda part before I bought it. Wouldn't repair it with Honda parts once I had issues with THEIR botched repair job & they denied doing it. They also "lost" the certification checklist paperwork on the CRV when we pursued Honda about it. They also charged me for services that were covered under my warranty. Go to Clear Lake Honda, much better service & honesty!! Sadly I drove past other Honda dealers to get my CRV serviced at Russell & Smith, thinking they would take care of me best because I bought there. BIG MISTAKE & wasted fuel! :/ never again! More

I did have a good experience at that time and I have already given my review on phone for that but what I am amazed with is the quality of service I was offered even after I bought the car. I had some issues with my car (a tinting of my windows), and let me tell you that you all have been very good in taking its care. I met Mr. Hussani at your dealership when I had come with a friend of mine and he got all my problems solved within no time. Not only the service was quick but also the price was very affordable too. I had never seen a dealer who was so humble, good natured and so much eager to help. I was grateful to him for his service and they way he talked to me and explained to me, even though he was not the one who had helped me in buying the car at your dealership. It speaks a lot about that man's god nature and knowledge about the car. I would sincerely like to thank him and you guys for that. More
I had a small problem with the navigation system of my CR-V. Alfredo discussed it with me while we waited for Dino who was busy with another customer. When Dino joined us my car was turned over to a mec CR-V. Alfredo discussed it with me while we waited for Dino who was busy with another customer. When Dino joined us my car was turned over to a mechanic and I was given a loaner car. The next day I was called back as the problem had been fixed. Dino and Alfredo could not have been nicer or more efficient. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt taken care of and impressed by the extremely friendly personnel. Both Alfredo and Dino made sure before I left that the problem had been resolved. More
I assisted my brother-in-law in buying a new 2012 Odyssey at Russell & Smith Honda earlier today. This was the easiest, quickest and most pleasant car purchasing experience we've ever experienced. Mr. Fre at Russell & Smith Honda earlier today. This was the easiest, quickest and most pleasant car purchasing experience we've ever experienced. Mr. Fred Leber was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly consistent with everything he said on the phone before we even set foot in the showroom about pricing, options, and accessories. Mr. Leber was very patient, answered all our questions, explained everything carefully and thoroughly and never attempted to sell us anything more than what we wanted. Mr. Leber was also very easy to get along with, kind of like talking to a friend you've known for a long time. When it came time for financing, Mr. Santos Cabrera, handled the paperwork with promptness, professionalism, and all with a smile on his face. I told Mr. Cabrera as soon as we entered his office that we weren't interested in any additional services or an extended warranty and he said that he would bring to our attention only those things he was required to point out or explain. He did exactly that and we were out of his office in 15 minutes with a smile on our faces to go along with his. Mr. Leber and Mr. Cabrera are an asset to this dealership and I will not hesitate to recommend family and friends to Russell & Smith Honda. Thank you. Joseph More
Came in for A3 service on my wife's 2007 Odyssey and was sold services performed for my wife (and unknown to me) 6 months prior at another Honda Dealership. After checking the receipts and requesting refun sold services performed for my wife (and unknown to me) 6 months prior at another Honda Dealership. After checking the receipts and requesting refund for the unneeded service, the manager, Wes Blair, has taken over 2 weeks to coordinate with the other Honda dealership and has yet to refund our money or resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Post-script: The sales manager, Jack Carney did eventually resolve the issue to our satisfaction and refunded us for the services that were not needed. Also, I should note for the record that although they sold us services we (and another Honda dealer) feel were unneeded, when I asked them for new tires for the vehicle they told me I did not need them, a positive note for their integrity. Overall a bad experience, but possibly not indicative of their business ethic. More

My husband and I have been customers of Russell and Smith for years. We live in Katy and decided to try Honda Cars in Katy but they were unable to finance us. So three days later we went to Russell and Smith because we have history with them and even though they are a smaller company they are far more concerned about their customers and go the extra mile to see that their customers get what they want. There was no pressure. From the moment we walked in we spoke to Janet Cousins who immediately called Ron to show us what inventory was available. They gave us a fair trade in for our 2005 Honda Civic and within a couple of hours the deal was finalized and we drove home in our 2010 Honda Civic. Janet, Ron, Santos and Ami are wonderful. The experience was effortless. We recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a Honda vehicle. Cary & Jacqueline More
