Jeremy was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me and at the best price...he walked in the rain to pull the vehicle up for me and keep me out of the rain. He went the extra mile to make sure I knew all of the features and how to work the SYNC system...thanks I will be back to work with him in the future!

My Review Of Rusty Eck Ford:

Loved this dealership!! My wife and I were approached by a very knowledgable sales rep (Thomas) who asked what we were looking for and what our price range would be, and never steered us in a different direction. He was very patient driving us around the car lot to look for the right used F 150. If he did not know the milage or price, he told us he didn't know...but that he could definetly find out for us (very professional answer). We ended up getting a new Ford Edge and the F-150 4x4, both within our payment budget. We loved that the staff were able to negotiate very fair prices and work with us on our trade. Additionally, I would like to express my thanks to the entire dealership for making it a fun experience for my wife and my two year old son. Once we had decided on what we wanted and got the right price, the financing went very smooth which we appreciate since my son was in desperate need of a nap. All in all, I would fully recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a no pressure environment and very fair deals. Thanks Thomas and Rusty Eck!

I was at Rusty Eck Ford last week wanting to look at the new Ford Fusion. I was greeted by Cameron Vo. I told her I wanted to look at the new Ford Fusion. She was very professional and respectful. Was very postive happy went out of his way to take the time for us going beyond expections made it known he wanted to listen to us to learn what are wants and needs were when we didnt even no for sure what they were. Extremely fast pace anytime had to leave us would hustle inside and out tried extremely hard.. Made sure we test drve vechile said if not like the vechile why see what he could dicount off price work out was very attentive checked up on us bought us dinner there, as well as excellent with our kid both of us felt good not left out anytime. even gave us a lotto ticket he said he would over the phone as a joke and we won... We asked questions numberous times after on his sell and he helped us with everything and became a friend to us. Seems very devoted if works for anyone else way he did for us you will see all the little extra things he does for you and anyone else because enjoys people funny witty really best thing I enjoyed was how he remember details related i some ways very open shared common interest had alot of paperwork stuff prepared from phone calls when got there took me to 2 different cars that he found thought would work prce wise and for other things asked for even otestdrive said trunk was huge he himself could fit. So when we switched seatsso I could drive litterally showed me he could easily sold me instantly on that alone laughed so hard I cried for a minute.. Recommend Nick M to anyone in market will work hard not seen a slow down gear when you say jump he is in the air already, you said you want this this this he somehow will find it for you and call you as soon as he does

I came to Rusty Eck Ford because it is near where I live. I wanted a 2 or 3 year old 4-door sedan that would be reliable and economical to drive. I not only drive in town, but I often take long road trips. Faleh greeted me as I arrived and then worked very hard to find exactly the right car for me. He was kind, patient and efficient. He knew the inventory extremely well and was able to answer all my questions. He worked with me to get the best price. I was very pleased with his effort and with the outcome. I would recommend the Rusty Eck Ford Dealership and Faleh as a salesman to everyone.,

My Review Of Rusty Eck Ford:

i filled out a credit app online not that i thought it would be approved but a short time later i got a call back from a salesman from there saying that he could definatly get me approved i was hesitant to say the least he ran my credit and all saying i was approved and was hellbent on getting me to take the three hour drive there and even said they would pay for my gas if i did not buy a car from them and if i did buy a car they would fill it before i left there with it sounded to good to be true so i did not go there. A few weeks later i decide that since my my vehicle has seen a lot better days its time for a newer one i call rusty eck back and they offer the same thing with gas and all so still thinking its to good to be true i go against better judgement and take the trip there. again i ask the sales rep about my credit and he says it is not that bad and that i am approved. so after driving there i look at a couple vehicles and find one i like we go back in the building to do paperwork and salesman goes in to talk to his manager and after awhile he finally returns and says that they are not going to be able to finance me but i am welcome to pay cash outright for the vehicle. if i had the cash to buy the vehicle outright why would i not be there looking at new vehicles and why would i of asked to make sure they would do the financing before i drove the three hours to get there. feeling i was lied to i told the salesman that i do not want a vehicle from there at all as they lied to me to get me there and if that is how they do business then i do not need to o business with them then i ask then if they are going to honor what i was told about the gas they would pay for and the salesman says yes he will pay it out of his own pocket and he leads me to the door of the building after we are outside of the building he says that its not his fault and that its mine with my credit thats why i could not be approved and i tell him i dont care at this i just want them to honor the part of paying my gas he then curses at me and returns in the store and locks the door on me. unless i am at fault here i do not see how they stay in business at this place if this is how they treat people. i should of listen to others that had told me not to go there and they did put my mothers bf in a very nice truck and a few weeks after he had it he gets a letter from the finance company saying they cant approve his loan at this time he takes truck in to see whats going on with it after a afternoon wasted in there he comes out with a brand new truck that he really dont like the used on he had had all the bells and whistles and the one he ended up getting ha not extras (it had push locks hand crank windows etc nothing extra at all just you normal plain cheapest truck oh and not to mention the used one he liked was only 2 yrs old and like 8200 cheaper) i still contend that he shoul of sued rusty eck for bait and switch. another person i know went in to take up offer of rusty eck ford of there doing your taxes for free after he goes in on it and he did look at vehicles while he was there id not find anything he liked decided not to get one then they decided they wanted to charge him 250 to do the taxes he tells them no and as he is leaving the salesman was rather rue to him also and cursed at him. and on that tax thing i also looked at that as they say they will match it up to 1000 if you use tax money towards down payment but if thats the case then why when i was looking the salesman would never give a price for vehicles every time id ask he would say i have to check on it so when he went back to check on it how much was he price gouging it? all i can say if knowing i drove there after loosing my check from work and waiting now for it to get reprinted is glad my mother helped me with gas there so i could get back home other wise id of been stuck in wichita till who knows when
