The quote was misleading. The quote was $275 but it cost $308. I was then told there is a shop fee and taxes. You might want to include everything in a quote. $33 is a lot of difference. More

We are transparent with quoting our clients before doing work and we do not have control over taxes. Quotes do not include tax because they are a quote not a final bill. We are grateful for your business and hope this minor misunderstanding does not keep you from coming back. Please come by on a day when the temperature is over 40 degrees (requirement to run car wash) and we will wash your vehicle for you. You can ask for Jim or Janelle when you arrive and one of us will take care of your vehicle being washed. Have a wonderful day and we are sorry you felt any experience that was not 5 star.
