S$K service dept. This was the second time I came in for the same problem. The problem was with the vehicle properly shifting into park. The first time was 3 months ago This was the second time I came in for the same problem. The problem was with the vehicle properly shifting into park. The first time was 3 months ago and the wiring harness was replaced. This time the shifter mechanism was replaced. This has seemed to fix the problem and I"m satisfied with the result.. Nothing was fixed Drop my brand new Silverado off there had a lift kit put on it the steering wheel slightly off... when I went in there I told him that the steering wh Drop my brand new Silverado off there had a lift kit put on it the steering wheel slightly off... when I went in there I told him that the steering wheel was slightly off and that I just had a 3-inch lift put on it and that I needed the steering wheel recalibrated.. I pick my truck up and it was the same way and he said I thought you said it was fighting you when you were driving it which I never said that make sure you explain in very detail and make sure they're listening to what you want done or you might get something done that you didn't want or something completely different.. waste of my time and money More
