Our sales person, CHANDLER CENTER was a pleasure to work with. He listened to us, found us exactly what we wanted and never applied ANY pressure. He was generous with his time and always made us feel like he was glad to see/talk with us. He was patient, knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone--and I will! The management, Justin McCarroll and Kirk Pack, was also superb. They were very friendly and also refrained from pressuring us in any way. They were very informative and gracious. Richard, the tech guru, was VERY helpful to me, a non-techy. He was patient and a wealth of information. It was an all-around great experience and we love our cars!!! More

Sam Pack's gave us the best car buying experience. The car buying experience is never usually a good experience; so much waiting and pressuring salespeople. However, our experience at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford was at the other end of the spectrum. My wife and I saw a used car we liked on cargurus.com that was at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford which is what brought us in. When we got there we went straight to the vehicle we were interested in. It was about an hour and a half from closing time on a Saturday night, so we really didn't think we'd be buying that evening, just looking. No one swooped in on us like has happened at other dealerships, so we went in where we were met by David Keen. David got the keys, and we test drove the car. He was very friendly, personable, and not pressuring at all. In fact, when we finished our test drive and said we like it, he jokingly asked another employee, "They like this car. Do you think it'd be okay to sell it?" David was great through the whole process. I can't speak highly enough about him. We needed financing so we got it in-house. The process was standard. We told them what monthly payment we wanted and they got as close as they could. They didn't do like I've seen some dealerships do and change the price but keep the monthly payment on target by lengthening the loan terms or other shady tactics. Everything we agreed upon up front (vehicle price, trade-in offer, etc.) was exactly what was on the contract when we got to the finance guy in the back, Michael. He was great too. He was friendly and quick as well. When we were through in financing and went back up front, the car we bought was mostly ready. I say mostly ready because it wasn't washed and still had sticker residue on the windshield. Since it was so late on a Saturday, the wash was closed, but David told us to return when we could and they would run it through the wash and get it completely clean for us. He did make sure it had a full tank of gas, though. David even helped us move some cargo we had from our trade to our new car. When it was all said and done, it was about 30 minutes past closing. If David was at all ready to go it didn't show. He was very patient and helpful. Obviously, we were very pleased with our transaction at Sam Pack's. As long as they continue to treat people the way we were treated, we will be returning customers. More

She got me approved with a good Interest rate and a low down payment. I thought the process was going to take a long time. I was so wrong they work fast over there I was in and out and ready to drive my new car. They really know what they are doing at this dealership. If your going to deal with anyone there deal with Melanie she is the most sweetest person and she definitely has a bunch of experience in making the customer feel welcome and she tries to work with you the best she can. Melanie Lucero worked on our behalf to find the vehicle and call us with the price to make it worth our while to drive from Caddo Mills to Carrolton to make the deal!! We explained we want the best deal and don't like to play the games. They made the purchase as streamlined as possible, giving us the deal we wanted, the trade-in amount we asked for and Justin McCarroll even stepped in to help process paperwork so we could get home in a timely manner. If you are someone that does your homework and knows what you want, I would recommend this route!! Easy as pie and we will definitely give them first shot when going to buy our next vehicle!! First, she made sure the vehicle was a good fit for me and my family and second, she ensured that it was show room ready. Many other dealers will sell you a used vehicle "As-Is" and that is exactly what you get.
