Unlike Crestwood Ford, Shaker Ford was a great experience for me for just an oil change and a question about how to fix one of the map lights that was out. I guess Ford is really trying to satisify their customers with not only service, but good products as well. My first Ford was a 69 Gran Torino GT more than 40 years ago and I've been loyal ever since even though at times I was thinking of switching brands due to poor and inefficient service as late as 2004 in East Greenwich, RI.
