Professional Staff at Shaker Makes All The Difference I'd been looking for a late-model Town Car on Cars.com for the last two months, and found a few that met my criteria. One of these had just recently a I'd been looking for a late-model Town Car on Cars.com for the last two months, and found a few that met my criteria. One of these had just recently arrived at Shaker Ford Lincoln, which was convenient as it's only 30 minutes away. My first contact was on the phone with Jim Schiavo, who was most helpful in getting me information on price, mileage, and other relevant info. When I got to the dealer I was met by Jim Cianciolo, who took me out for a test drive in the car, and answered whatever questions I had. I can't say enough about Jim; dealing with him was a pleasure and made the entire experience enjoyable. After deciding I wanted the car I sat down with Jim S to work out a deal on my trade, and before long came up with a mutually agreeable figure. I then got together with Manny to go over financing and warranties, which went smoothly - no surprises there. Overall, my buying experience at Shaker was exemplary and I can honestly say I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. They're straight shooters and made the entire process not only painless but enjoyable. More

2015 Ford Explorer 1st time lease sales person Cathy Reed, car shopping is an over whelming experience except if you are fortunate enough to have a sales person such as Cathy Reed. s sales person Cathy Reed, car shopping is an over whelming experience except if you are fortunate enough to have a sales person such as Cathy Reed. she is able to read the customer and speak to their needs often using personal experience to assist her years of knowledge in car sales. she relates easily to the customer and speaks their language not some mumbo jumbo garbage.. she is patient and not pushy but at the same time laying out all the options with the pros and the cons of each option. We found Cathy to be up front and yes actually Honest-- very refreshing. I would recommend her to anyone who is embarking on the car purchasing/leasing adventure. the overall experience was good although there are always those who work the behind the scene information lurking in the background, they were just slightly obvious and not overwhelmingly obvious. frank and tracey, wolcott More

We weren't familiar with the area at all so this was a huge help! He took as much of my information as he could over the phone so that the purchasing process would be quick and easy. This had us out the door and heading home before we knew it. He was very thorough when going over the car and he's been a pleasure to talk to after since he has been checking up to make sure that I am satisfied. I wish that I lived closer so that I could have my vehicle serviced there but alas, that would be a very long drive. Two thumbs way up for Sal and Shaker Family Ford! More
