I was met at the door by Bill Reed and he walked me through all the details of the vehicle. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle, extremely friendly and courteous. After taking the vehicle for a test drive I was impressed enough that I wanted to show my wife the vehicle before I made a final decision to purchase. I wasn't sure that I could bring my wife back that day because of scheduling conflicts so Bill made arrangements that I could bring the vehicle to my home so my wife could see it. Long story short, she loved the vehicle - Shakers was very aggressive with their pricing and I am the proud owner of a new MKX!
