I like this dealership and I really have a good experience with the service department. But I wasn’t too happy this last time with service department. I was told that my car would be ready in three experience with the service department. But I wasn’t too happy this last time with service department. I was told that my car would be ready in three hours. But my car wasn’t finished until six hours later. I did not even get a call from the service department. I actually got a ride to go back to the dealership to pick up my car. The service advisor was about to call me and let me know what was going on. I called a couple hours before I left for the dealership and left a message for the service advisor. Give me a call. The service advisor give me a call back. I had brought my car in before the appointment time of 7:45 AM. And, my car was not finished until About 3 PM. It was very unacceptable and I expect my car to be in the shop with that amount of time.
