We have purchased 4 vehicles, both new and used from Smart Toyota and always had positive experiences with sales, scheduling, service writers, and financial support staff. Mike in new vehicle sales actually contacted us after a year to let us know a used vehicle matching our requirements had come into the dealership. Nice follow-up, Mike. Recently purchased a 2019 Prius with Ray as our sales advisor. He is very professional, knowledgeable and worked diligently to ensure we got the right vehicle at the best price. Lee was very helpful and thoroughly explained additional vehicle protection options; helping us select those best suited to our needs and pocketbook. Justin in detailing also helped explore and research protection options for the Prius's interior and exterior. I am also pleased Smart Motors staff actually know how to return phone calls and reply to emails in a timely manner. A lost art in today's world. Kudos! More

I knew the car market was crazy when I started the process, and expected it to take awhile to get my new car, but Gary worked with me throughout the whole process and ended up finding me a great car much sooner than expected. He made the whole process easy and pleasant. Additionally, I've heard of so many dealerships adding crazy mark-ups right now (sometimes not until delivery), and Smart Motors kept the price they promised, which was not a penny over MSRP. I'll definitely work with them again in the future and will recommend to others looking for a Toyota. More

I purchased a used 4 runner from Smart toyota used car lot. I specifically asked them if the vehicle was in an accident. The salesman assured me it was not. He showed me a car fax with several pages of ro lot. I specifically asked them if the vehicle was in an accident. The salesman assured me it was not. He showed me a car fax with several pages of routine maintenance without specific detail included. So after purchasing the 4 runner I did my own research and low and behold on the Toyota app it gave me a different story. I would never have purchased this vehicle if I knew what I know now. Be very careful when buying a used vehicle from these guys. I definitely would stay away from the salesman that decided not to indulge the Toyota repair records for the parts and body work listed on Toyotas own archive on the Vin of this vehicle. I should have done more research. The vehicle was the most solid 4 runner and it drove perfect except for the touchy grabbing brake pedal. they covered up the rear right brake by pumping up the pressure. (touchy brakes) which lasted until their warranty expired. 4 runners are not cheap with high resale value. I would have bought something else from them if they where up and up. Unfortunately I would never go back now. More

Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, follow-up and customer focus. As a result, I had to unexpectedly pay $500 out of pocket, Kyle in Finance indicated he would check on other ways to he follow-up and customer focus.
