Great experience! I just purchased my second car from Smithtown Toyota. If you can believe it, I purchased my first one 15 years ago. I traded my Toyota Avalon 2002 in I just purchased my second car from Smithtown Toyota. If you can believe it, I purchased my first one 15 years ago. I traded my Toyota Avalon 2002 in and purchased a 2017 Camry. These are the most reliable cars!! My sales person was Michael Bourne, and he couldn't have made it any easier. I told him the exact car I was looking for, and he found it! Two weeks later, I drove it home. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He clearly explained every aspect of the sale and my options. What's nice about Smithtown Toyota is that there is no one pressuring you to buy something you do not want. I also dealt with Sean, one of the finance manager. He, too, was very friendly and made everything painless. I know it may be difficult to believe, but I received a great deal on my new car.
