We only dealt with Dylan and Mark spoke to the sales manager briefly if they are any indication of the quality of people that are employed there I would say you have a good team. With that being said it is an three and a half hour drive one way for us our son lives in Smithville and suggested we stop by this started last month when our daughter bought a Fusion from you that I helped her deal that was a positive experience and brought us back to buy the Explorer for my wife.
