I’ve been getting routine maintenance services at this location for five years now. I appreciate the free car wash with oil change and the courtesy shuttle from Lyft so I don’t have to wait at the dealers location for five years now. we had 2x 2018 Ioniq vehicles serviced: 1. on the first vehicle we were told our vehicle had warped rotors and aftermarket brake pads on the rear, which was not accurate. our vehicle never ha on the first vehicle we were told our vehicle had warped rotors and aftermarket brake pads on the rear, which was not accurate. our vehicle never had brake service. we took the vehicle to another dealership who confirmed factory pads and rotors, rotors within specs, and 8mm brake pad thickness. 2. on the second vehicle we notice oil leaking on the driveway and due to the 4th of july holiday SB hyundai service was closed. i took the car to Valvoline oil change for an inspection and they confirmed the oil plug was only hand tightened and not torqued to specs. Valvoline torqued the plug to specs and cleaned up the undercarriage and verified no further leakage. all in all 2 services and 2 big misses. i would rate zero if i could. More
