I come to Hall Acura for all of my service needs. I have an 06 RL and a 98 Lexus that I have serviced there on a regular basis. Daniel Rollins is my team advisor and he is always friendly and polite. I come in for service all the time, this last experience was by far the best. I usually deal with Mike, but he no longer works there. Ronald Lamb is my new service advisor, and he did a great job. While Ronald was helping me, the other advisor Daniel helped him through the process. They showed a great display of teamwork and effort to treat me right! While there were none that quite met my needs at that moment, Mr. Jackson followed up via phone with other cars that he thought would interest me, even offering to pick me up at my home to show me the car(s). Finally Mr. Jackson called to inform me that he felt he had found the car that suited all my needs. It was perfect! I purchased the car and I could not be any happier with my purchase. Prior to going to Hall Acura a friend had recommended Keith Duncan at Hall Acura. She had boasted about the professionalism and positive experience she had working with Keith Duncan. I was very nervous about purchasing a car because I had never been the decision maker in a car purchase before. I did not trust car salesmen until I worked with Keith Duncan. He was not pushy and helped me understand the value in my selection. I was trying to decide between 2 different cars and he patiently explain the value in th Acura products while at the same time not speaking negatively about the Lexus. I can distinctly recall Keith telling me that once I buy an Acura, I would always be and Acura customer. He was correct since I have owned 4 Acuras. Keith always follow up with me about the latest service specials, new models and whatever upgrades are available. He helps me make appointments for service and make sure I have a service loaner to drive if the service will require an extended period of time. The dealership has a very calming atmosphere, always clean and comfortable. The lounge is comfortable with the flat screen TV and the comfortable furnishings. I HATE to buy new vehicles and Joe Connors and Bob Saunders made it SO easy! We actually bought 2 used vehicles within a 30 day period and each transaction was great.
